Tri-Chem AM-4020

Using TRI-CHEM AM-4020 is simple, on the initial treatment take the capacity of your tank and add 1oz. of TRI-CHEM AM-4020 for each 16 gallons of fuel in the tank.

TRI-CHEM should be added prior to filling with fuel. Each additional tank filling, estimate the amount of fuel to be added and add appropriate amount of TRI-CHEM Fuel Treatment.

Directions:
Summer treatment above 32 degrees
1 oz. treats 16 gallons of fuel.
Winter treatment below 32 degrees
Triple dose or, 1 oz. treat 4 gallons of fuel.
Double dose recommended for first time treatment.
If excessive carbon build up continues double treatment for two months.

Why Do You Need TRI-CHEM AM-4020?
Carbon build up in the combustion chamber and on the intake valves, plus deposit build up on the fuel injectors and carburetors restricts fuel flow, cause poor runabaility and reduces fuel mileage. These same deposits increase emissions of carbon monoxide (Co), unburned Hydrocarbons (11c) and oxides of nitrogen (Nox). Nox is the brown killer haze we can see. Now there is an affective solution to the problem with TRI-CHEM AM 2010.

Interesting Facts
Fuel injectors carburetor Orifices are about .05mm or .001 inches. This small size is easy to restrict!
Deposits of 6 micrograms in the injector restricts the fuel flow 26%. 6 Micrograms = 2/10,000 of an ounce!
Injector deposits are mostly sulfur, varnish, and olefins from the fuels and oil!
Fuel injectors or carburetors build deposits are a different rate regardless of where they are located cylinderwise. Restiction can vary from 14 to 20%!

Other Detonation Causes
Higher than normal engine coolant temperature.
Lean fuel mixture-(Reztricted fuel injector).
ONE GRAM (3/100th of a troy ounce) of carbon on an intake valve will cause a runability problem!
Cauliflower type of carbon on an intake valve or in the combustion chamber acts like a sponge and will soak up the fine mist of fuel sprayed into the combustion chamber.
This causes stumbling, hesitation, stalling, loss of power and an increase in emission!
